Recipe(tried): Manicotti shells

Menus

Hi, I posted my homemade manicotti recipe a while back, here is the recipe for the shells.Enjoy!

Manicotti

For Shells:
4 eggs
1 c. water
1-1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together well with whisk.

Pour a large ladle full of mixture onto a lightly oiled 6 inch fry pan(non-stick is best). Rotate pan to spread out batter. Flip with a spatula when edges turn white and curl up. Stack on a paper towel. These can be frozen at this point and filled later. Should make 20-24 shells.
