Recipe(tried): Marinated Hot Peppers
Misc. Marinated Hot Peppers
1 peck hot peppers(8 lb.) remove seeds and stems cut into rings
6 stalks of celery chopped
1 quart of cider vinegar
3 cups of water
2 cups of oil
3/4 cup salt
3 or 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup of oregano
Mix together and let marinate for at least 8 hours.
Pack peppers into jars and refrigerate
If you like them hot, just leave the seeds in them! Let me know how you make out.
