MARINATED TILAPIA
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 lemon
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Mix all together, put in a zip lock bag and marinate for 20-30 minutes in cooler.
Grill 5 minutes on each side or 30 minutes in oven at 350 degrees F.
Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
