Meat Loaf Guy Style

This is simple and fast. Even meatloaf hater's seem to like it.

1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
3/4 lb. sweet italian sausage
spices - sage, salt, pepper, bbq sauce

Mix the ground beef and the sausage well, salt and pepper too your taste, add sage (dunno why the sage just makes the rest of the flavors blend) all the rest of the spices will come from the sausage. Add no eggs, bread, or anything else. the sausage will make the burger stick together.

Place in a square glass baking dish. Make sure the center is a little thinner then the rest of it.

Coat with bbq sauce and bake at 350F for an hour. Remove the whole thing from the pan before slicing.
