Recipe(tried): Meatballs (Big Batch)
Misc. I like to make meatballs and keep them in the freezer for all sorts of occasions and quick dinners. You could make these smaller so they would be more like appetizer size.

Meatballs (Big Batch)
Makes about 120 or so depending on size
4 eggs
2 cups dry bread crumbs (or quick oatmeal)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 pounds ground beef
Mix all well. Shape into walnut sized balls. Lay out on wax paper on cookie sheet and freeze. Transfer to zip bags. How many per bag depending on family and meal size, and return to freezer.
To use:
Line baking dish with foil and non-stick spray.
Put frozen meatballs in single layer in pan.
Bake 425 degrees for 25 minutes
Great for spaghetti, bar-b-que meatball sandwiches, meatballs with gravey. whatever, and right there waiting.
