Recipe(tried): Mexican Ceviche

Appetizers and Snacks
MEXICAN CEVICHE

4 large tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
4 jalepenos, finely diced
1 to 1/2 of a habenero-diced(optional- this will make it very spicy)
3 avocados, diced
1 16 ounce package of imitation crab meat, shredded
1 16 ounce package of medium shrimp shell and tail off
1/2 to 1 whole bunch of cilantro, finely chopped (add to taste)
1/2 can of beer (optional)
approx. 2 cups of clamato juice
up to 2 tbl spoons of tabasco or to taste
3 freshly sqeezed limes
2 to 3 tsp of salt to taste

Add all ingedients into large pot or bowl. mix and let marinate in refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.

Serve with saltine crackers or tostadas with sour creme.

Makes Approx. 8-10 servings
