Hi Barb:-) You could try the Mexican Dip that I posted under the Holiday Cooking Board. It sounds similar. Maybe you could use refried beans instead of the chili but, then you might want to add some seasoning such as garlic, cumin and chili powder??!? I hope that this helps you.
