Mexican Rice
Put a little oil on the pan lightly brown Minute white rice.
When browned add 1 or 2 tomato bouillon cubes and 1/2 to 1 chicken bouillon cube with about 4-8 cups of water (depending on whether you used half a box or rice or a whole box). Add garlic powder and seasoned salt, if desired.
Reduce heat very low; cover and let the rice cook until it apopears fluffy and dry, it should be a light red color.
DO NOT STIR RICE DURING COOKING TIME. Don't worry as long as you're heat is as low as it is supposed to be it will not burn.
