Recipe(tried): Microwave Corn on the Cob
Misc. At least I THINK it was Joe...who suggested nuking the ears while still in the husk, on HIGH for about 5 1/2 minutes for the first two ears and another 2 1/2 minutes per ear after that. Let the corn steam for a few more minutes and then husk it. I tried this last week and not only was the corn tender and lovely, but we saw an added bonus when husking our seconds which stayed nice and hot in while waiting in the husks!
