Callisto's Good Carrot Cake Made Easy
1 1/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressiing
1 two-layer yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup cold water
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (16 oz) container ready to spread cream cheese frosting
*Preheat oven to 350
*Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13X9 inch baking pan.
*Bake 30-35 minutes or until wodden pick inserts in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread cake with frosting. 12 wonderful servings.
