1 C Water
1/2 C Cashews -- Raw
1/2 C "Better Than Milk" -- Powdered
2 Tbsp Carob -- Powdered
1/8 Tsp "Roma" -- (Coffee Substitute)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup -- Pure
Or
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup -- Pure
1 Tbsp Vanilla -- Natural
1 Tsp Maple Flavoring -- Natural
5 Banana -- Ripe
Or
6 Banana -- Ripe
In a blender, combine water and cashews and process until completely liquefied.
Add dry ingredients and flavorings and blend until smooth. Break bananas into
chunks and add through the lid spout while blending on high speed until total
volume equals 5 cups. Serve immediately for soft ice cream or for firm ice
cream, pour into a shallow container and freeze several hours before scooping.
Serve plain or garnish with choice of sliced almonds, chopped pecans or walnuts,
grated coconut, carob shavings, raspberries, strawberries, or mint leaves.

NOTES : Variation: Increase cashews up to 1 cup if a richer, creamier taste is
desired.
