Recipe: Montgomery Pie

Misc.

I found a recipe for Montgomery Pie in an Amish cookbook. It is a two level pie with a lemon syrup/curd lower level and a cake batter upper level. It makes 3 pies and like many Amish recipies, assumes you know what you are doing. If this sounds like what you are looking for, I would be happy to copy it out for you.
