Recipe: Morton's Steakhouse Homemade Cajun Seasoning

Herbs and Spices
MORTON'S CAJUN SEASONING

1/2 cup paprika
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup freshly ground white pepper
1/3 cup garlic powder
1/3 cup onion powder
2 1/2 tbsp. dried thyme
2 1/2 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

Mix everything together.

Makes about 2 1/3 cups
