Recipe(tried): Mouth-Watering Peach Cobbler

Desserts - Fruit
Peel and slice 4-5 cups of fresh peaches and place in a baking pan 9x9x2 inches.

Mix Together:
1 l/2 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour

sprinkle over peaches and dot with 4 tbsp butter.

Crust

1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Cut in 1/3 cup shortening with pastry blender. Add 1/3 cup milk or enough to hold the ingredients together. Turn out on a lightly floured board and pat out to fit pan. Place the dough over the fruit. Dot with 2 tbsp butter and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 30 min.
