Recipe: Mu Shu Tortilla (serves 1)

Sandwiches
MU SHU TORTILLA

1/2 green onion
1/4 large carrot
1/4 stalk celery
2 large leaves iceberg lettuce
1 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (available in ethnic aisles of most supermarkets)
1 (8-inch) soft flour tortilla
1 slice turkey breast sandwich meat

Shred first four ingredients in food processor or blender. Toss with salad dressing.

Spread hoisin sauce over tortilla. Lay turkey in center of tortilla. Spoon about 3 Tbsp. vegetable mixture onto tortilla; spread evenly.

Roll up tortilla; slice in half
