I always had great difficultly making the perfect and easy to roll pie crust until I found this recipe. For those of you that have the same problem I hope this solves it for you!!
NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST
5 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. tenderflake lard
1 cup 7-up or gingerale
Combine flour and salt. Cut in lard until crumbly. Slowly add gingerale until a dough forms.
