New Potatoes - Grilled
Recipe By : Grilling from the Garden by Diana Shaw

Wooden skewers -- soaked
4 cups Tiny new potatoes
6 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon Minced fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Minced fresh rosemary
Salt -- to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

Grill Temperature: Medium-high.

Boil the potatoes until you can just pierce them with a skewer, about 4 to 6 minutes. Do not let them get too soft, or they'll fall apart.

Meanwhile, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Thread the potatoes on a skewer, brush with the oil-and-herb mixture, and grill over medium-high heat, rotating the skewer often, until the potatoes' skins are light brown and crisp, and the insides are soft, about 8 to 12 minutes.
