Recipe: Campbell's Shrimp and Broccoli (served over rice or thin spaghetti)

1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, minced)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Broccoli (regular or fat free)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 cups hot cooked rice or thin spaghetti (for serving)
Heat oil in skillet. Add broccoli and garlic and cook until tender-crisp.
Add (undiluted) soup, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil.
Add shrimp. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve over rice or thin spaghetti.
Makes 4 servings
