Servings: 4 10 ounces wide egg noodle, uncooked
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons butter
chopped parsley

Cook the noodles, drain, and set aside. In a medium bowl combine the sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir the butter into the hot noodles and add the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with the parsley.
