Recipe: Noodles Romanoff for Kathleen - tip

I'm not sure if anyone else remembers this, but I distinctly remember there being paprika in this recipe. I asked my mom what the red flecks were, and she said sweet paprika. I will add a pinch of that to see if it changes the flavor. Thank you for this recipe! It's the closest one I've seen to the right ingredients!
