Recipe(tried): Norma: Coconut Shrimp

If you have a wire rack like you cool cakes on put in in the bottom of the pan you are using to transport in, then the shrimp, the 2-3 layers of paper towel on top and cover with aluminum foil. Then Punch some holes in the foil. I love this shrimp. I serve it with a dip make of apricot preserves and horseradish mixed together (to taste). Bon appetit!
