Recipe(tried): Oatmeal Craisin White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars

Hi Pat, I make an oatmeal, craisin, white choc. chip cookie, perhaps you could alter some thing like this using cherries and nuts in place of the craisins.

Oatmeal craisin white chocolate chip cookies

2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1-6 oz package craisins
2/3 cup white cho. chips

Beat butter and sugar together untill light and fluffy, Add eggs mixing well . Combine oats, flour, salt and baking soda, add gradually to the butter mixture mixing well, stir in dried cranberries and white cho. chips. Drop by spoonfulls onto cookie sheet, Bake at 350 10-12 minutes

hope this is helpful
