Recipe(tried): Ohio State Chocolate Buckeyes

Misc.

I am from Ohio-The Buckeye State-due to the Buckeye trees that grow here.
Our football team is also called The Ohio State Buckeyes. Here is a recipe for Chocolate Buckeye Candy a tradition here in Ohio.

2 C. peanut butter
3 C. confectoners sugar
1 C. butter

Mix until smooth. Roll into 1" balls. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Mix 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips and l/8 C. paraffin over low heat until melted. With a toothpick dip the balls into the chocolate leaving a small portion of the peanut butter showing (this makes it look like a buckeye) chill.
Makes 7 dozen
