Recipe(tried): Oklahoma Dip

Misc.

This is my daughter's recipe for Oklahoma Dip. Works great for the crock pot and the Youth at church love it.

Oklahoma Dip

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. salsa
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Use hot or mild sausage and salsa, depending on taste (my daughter and I like both hot, my husband likes both mild).

Brown sausage and ground beef. Cube velveeta and add to the meat along with the salsa. Heat slowly, stirring frequently, until velveeta is melted.

In the crock pot, add browned meat, velveeta and salsa. Heat on medium to low heat until ready to serve, stir occasionally.
