Finally time to reply--Here are a few of my families favorites. All are easy to
double/triple etc.
1- PIZZA DIP
2 c. sour cream
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. pepperoni chopped fine
1/2 c parmesan cheese grated
Mix all ingredients in advance.
Serve with- pita triangles, hard bread sticks,
toasted french bread rounds.
(For the # you need I might cut reg. bread in 1/4 brush
with a little garlic butter and toast in oven at 200
for 2 hours.

Kids in my family love the Spinach dip.

DONA'S SPINACH DIP

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 package frozen chopped spinach -- thawed/drained
1 package Knorr veggie soup mix
1 16 ounce sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8 ounce can waterchestnuts -- chopped
3 green onions -- chopped

Throw it all together and chill.

DANA'S CHEESE DIP

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Chili powder to taste
1 cup milk
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 can RotelMelt margarine, add flour,cumin. dry mustard and chili powder.
Stir until a little brown, add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add Velveeta and Rotel. To serve room temp. you might need more milk to thin.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
