Recipe: Olive Garden Mediterranean Garlic Shrimp

Hi Kaye! I was at Olive Garden a couple days ago and got an ingredient list for this. They can't/won't give any measurements or instructions, and I haven't had time to experiment with it yet. Here is the list: shrimp, roasted garlic, seafood sauce made from cream, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning, blended with Romano cheese, crushed red pepper and parsley; served over fettuccine. If you try this please post your quantities, etc. As soon as I get to my first attempt, I'll post info for you.
