Hello. I just thought I'd let you know that I was at Olive Garden last night and due to the fact that the Sicilian Scampi/Mediterranian Scampi is my favorite dish I asked some questions. As it turns out the Sicilian Scampi is the exact same dish. It's just the appetizer version so it's smaller and doesn't come with pasta. I realize im rambling, I just wanted to let you know this: the chef said there are many recipes for Sicilian Scampi online. All you have to do is increase the measurement by about 3-times the amount for the Sicilian Scampi recipe.
