Recipe: Orange Marmalade Muffins with Orange Icing (Smucker's recipe)

FOR THE MUFFINS:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup Smucker's Sweet Orange Marmalade
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter, melted
FOR THE ICING:
1/3 cup Smucker's Sweet Orange Marmalade
1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Well-grease 24 muffin pan cups.
In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder; set aside.
In a separate bowl beat eggs well; add butter, marmalade and milk. Add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir quickly and lightly until just mixed. Mixture will be lumpy. Fill prepared muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the icing in a small bowl until smooth.
Frost muffins when cool.
