These were so easy and really tasty. I served them without the buns for dinner, and everyone liked them.

ORIENTAL TURKEY BURGERS

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup scallions
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. hoison sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 hamburger buns

Grill or pan fry until done.
