Breakfast and BrunchTASTY OVEN-BAKED PANCAKE
2 cups all-purpose baking mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1 1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix baking mix, eggs, milk and syrup. Stir in half of the cheese. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Top with bacon bits and remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until pancake is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Cut into 8 squares to serve.
Makes: 8 servings, 1 square each

1 1/4 c. pancake mix
Brown and Serve Sausages or bacon, cooked
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease two (8 inch round) cake pans.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Combine with milk. Add mix and butter. Beat until smooth. Pour into prepared cake pans. Arrange sausage or bacon on batter, spoke fashion.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut into 5 wedges. Serve hot with butter and syrup.

2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate pieces, or 2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
Maple-flavored syrup
Margarine or butter (optional)
Preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Grease a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch baking pan.
In a medium mixing bowl stir together pancake mix, milk, egg, cooking oil, and cinnamon. (Batter will have small lumps.) Stir in the blueberries, chocolate pieces, or bacon. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake in the 425 degree F oven about 10 minutes or until done. Cut into squares.
Serve with syrup and margarine or butter, if desired.
Makes 6 squares
