Recipe(tried): Oven BBQ pork chops

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 Place chops and onion slices in a casserole dish. In a bowl mix together: vinegar, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Pour mixture over chops. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
