Recipe(tried): Parmesan Chicken Variation

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Another quick way to make Parmesan Chicken:

Mix:
Bread crumbs (seasoned if you'd like)
Parmesan cheese (from a can)
Parsley flakes

Dip (skinless) chicken pieces in melted butter and then coat with above mixture. Bake in non-stick spray-coated pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Great to make for unexpected company!
