Recipe(tried): Pasta Fasu (using pork and beans)

Hello my name is Curt. Pasta Fasu in my family is German it is:

1/2 pound ditalini
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 can tomato or spaghetti sauce
1 can pork and beans
salt and pepper (to taste)
water (as needed)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in oil.

Add sauce and beans to beef. Heat to a simmer; stir in pasta. My grandfather use to add water to make it more like a soup. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Simple. Try it hope you like it.
