PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 package (2-layer size) Duncan Hines Yellow Deluxe Cake Mix
1 cup Jif Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Crisco Oil
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Press a criss-cross on each cookie with fork prongs that you have dipped in water.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then remove to racks to finish cooling.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen (2 1/2 inch) cookies
