Recipe(tried): Fluffy Pancakes

Breakfast and Brunch

Make regular bisquick pancakes, but for the liquid, add (BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!!) 7 up!!!! I used an off (store) brand 7-up - they were WONDERFUL! LIGHT, FLUFFY AND WITH A GREAT FLAVOR . You would never never never guess that it had 7 up in them - but the texture was superb!
