Recipe(tried): Penne with Sausage, Peppers and Broccoli - Thanks, Betsy, this is was excellent!

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
We had this for dinner on Saturday night. I had a big block of parmesan that I had purchased at Costco earlier in the day, and some sausage in the freezer. I bought the broccoli and some hungarian red peppers to make the recipe.

We all loved it. On Sunday, having a "fancy" Sunday dinner, my 15-year-old DS asked, "when can we have the dinner from last night again?".

We all enjoyed it, and it is a good weeknight choice, as it comes together quickly.
