Thank You: Penne with Sausage, Peppers and Broccoli - Wonderful recipe for our small summer kitchen!

Misc.
This is just the kind of recipe I like for our little kitchen in our rig here on Cape Cod - we just arrived a couple of days ago. I've printed off the recipe for my summer collection. I bring a few choice recipes with me (most of them from here!) and depend on this website to furnish me more over the summer.

Haven't seen anything from Gina here lately - has she returned home from GA yet? Hello, out there Gina???!!! How do you like your new home?

We're heading off today to get our clamming licenses for the summer so we can enjoy lots of clam recipes. We do clams on the grill, stuffed clams, linguini and clams with crusty dipping bread, clam chowder, raw clams on the half shell. Love those little critters! Lobsters on order for the weekend. As soon as we get our "fix" we'll settle down a bit but we have to get those first clams and lobsters right away.

Hope everyone is enjoying the beginnings of summer.

Love, June
