Recipe(tried): Pepperoni Soup

Pepperoni Soup

3-4 qts. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup celery, diced
2/3 cup onion, diced
1 (12 oz) can herbal tomato sauce
1 large can whole tomatoes
1-2 heads broccoli, cut into small chunks
1 box tubetti macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 sticks pepperoni, diced

Combine water, pepperoni, onion, celery; boil for 10 minutes. Add the sauce, whole tomatoes and broccoli. Let simmer for 45 minutes. Add the tubetti(already cooked) to the soup. Serve hot.
