Recipe: White Corn Chowder (with broccoli and ham)

WHITE CORN CHOWDER

1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 (15-1/4 oz.) can Del Monte Whole Kernel White Sweet Corn, drained
1 (14-3/4 oz.) can Del Monte Cream Style White Corn
1 (14-1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Diced Potatoes, drained*
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk (or as needed)
1/3 cup diced cooked ham (optional)
1/3 cup sliced green onions

Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup water in large saucepan, covered, 3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. DO NOT DRAIN.

Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. For thinner consistency, stir in more milk.

*If Diced Potatoes are not available in your area, use Del Monte Whole New Potatoes and cut into small pieces.
