Recipe(tried): Perogie Dough
Misc. Hi Cathy;
Here's a recipe for perogy dough I use all the time (it's good!)
Mix: 2 cups flour with 1/2 tsp. salt
In a 1-cup measuring cup:
Mix 1 egg with 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix well
Cover & let rest 10 minutes before rolling out
** this dough is easy to work with**
Hope this helps....Maureen
