Dear connie, I just spoke with my sister and she think that the sauce you are talking about might be this one. It is delicious and you can serve it with meats or even with hot boiled potatoes. Hope this is the one.
PERUVIAN GREEN SAUCE
1 bunch cilantro, well washed
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 jalapenos (if you want it hot leave the seeds in)
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
2 to 3 tablespoons water
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until creamy.
Place in a jar in the refrigerator.
Take of refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
