Recipe(tried): PF Changs Mongolian Beef

I tried this out last night and it turned out really well. The sauce tastes just like PF Chang's. I did not flash fry the beef as I didn't want that many fat calories in the recipe. That turned out fine as well, the beef is just more tender if you cook it without deep frying it.
