Recipe(tried): Homemade Corned Beef - Thank You and A tip!

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
When I moved to Northern Ireland, I was dismayed to learn that corned beef as we know it in the US is just that. . .a US creation. How I missed it until I found this recipe!!! It is perfect, tasty and easy. One thing I would caution, make sure your brisket is not a salted brisket, otherwise the brine will raise your blood pressure quite a bit. You only need half a cup or less if your brisket is already salted.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE RECIPE!!! You saved St. Patty's!
