Fontina D'Aosta (nutty, buttery flavor with a hint of honey)
Goat Cheese (delicate, young cheese from goat's milk)
Muenster (full-flavored, creamy aged cow's milk cheese)
Pecorino Toscano (nutty, salty, sheep's milk cheese)
Swiss Sbrinz (full, nutty, the grandfather of hard cow's milk cheeses)
Tradtional Farmhouse Cheeses (from British Isles, fine-quality cheddar)
Vermont Shepherd Cheese (buttery, nutty, sheep's milk cheese)

Serve peach slices and any combination of the above cheeses with crackers for an easy and delicious appetizer.
