Recipe: Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms (using cream cheese, herbs and Panko)

1 pound large mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Durkee Parsley Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Durkee Oregano Leaf
1/8 teaspoon Durkee Ground White Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Durkee Paprika
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
8 ounces cooked shrimp, chopped, if desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop stems. Heat butter in large skillet; add chopped mushroom stems and onions. Cook until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic powder, oregano and white pepper in a bowl. Add mushroom mixture, bread crumbs and shrimp; mix just until combined.
Place mushroom caps in prepared baking dish. Portion filling between mushroom cups, mounding as needed. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is hot. Serve immediately.
