Recipe: Pineapple-Mandarin Orange Tossed Salad - Nan's Hot Chicken Salad is a sure winner!

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
I have made it many times and it's always a hit with guys and gals. I immediately thought of it when I read the request for a simple lunch.

For a go-along idea, here's an easy and good flavor balance salad.

Pineapple-Mandarin Orange Tossed Salad

1 head torn Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce (Spinach is also good)
1 can pinapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 2 oz. package sliced almonds
1 cup prepared poppy seed dressing (approx.)
1 cup croutons (cheese are good)

Assemble and toss with dressing just prior to serving.
