Hi,

I hope one of the following will help.

Pineapple Slaw

3 c. shredded cabbage
2/3 c. pineapple tidbits
1 c. diced, unpared apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine ingredients except marshmallows. Toss together and chill. Just before serving, fold in the marshmallows.

Fruited Cole Slaw

1 medium head (1 1/2 lb.) cabbage, shredded
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin orange slices, drained
3/4 c. salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
maraschino cherries and pecan halves for garnish (if desired)

Place cabbage, marshmallows, pineapple and orange slices in a 3-quart bowl. In another bowl, combine salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture and mix well. Refrigerate at least overnight. Garnish with cherries and pecans, if desired. Makes about 8 servings.

Hawaiian Slaw

2 lb. head of cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. small marshmallows
1 carrot, grated
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. Miracle Whip

Mix all ingredients. If Miracle Whip makes salad too thick, add a small amount of the pineapple juice. Keep in refrigerator overnight and add a few more marshmallows to top before serving.

Sunshine Slaw

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Miracle Whip salad dressing

Combine cabbage, peaches, celery, green pepper and
marshmallows with enough salad dressing to moisten; toss lightly. Chill.

Deluxe Slaw

1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple,drained
2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
salt to taste
1 c. coconut
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine marshmallows and pineapple. Let stand while making salad. Mix cabbage, salt and coconut together. Add pineapple mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream, tossing lightly to blend.

Heavenly Cole Slaw

3 medium carrots, grated
1/2 head cabbage (large), grated
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 small can chunk pineapple, drain and save juice

Dressing:
Pineapple juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
dash of salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar

Grate together in a large bowl: carrots, cabbage and add the green pepper. Add the marshmallows and pineapple, that you drain and keep juice. Mix altogether. Mix pineapple juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar. Blend all together. Pour over cabbage mixture and blend well. Chill for 30 minutes.

Sun Slaw

2 c. red cabbage, shredded
2 c. green cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 c. red grapes, seeded and halved
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. Kraft mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients; toss lightly. Chill before serving.
