From Electric bread cookbook
large loaf (1.5 lbs.)
1 3/8 cup water
3 cups white bread flour
2 TLBS dry milk
2 TLBS sugar
1 1/2 teas salt
2 TLBSP butter
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/3 cup shreded mozzerella cheese
1 TLBS grateed parmesan cheese
1/3 cup canned/drained mushrooms
1/4 cup onion flakes
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp yeast (fast rise)OR 2 1/2 active dry yeast
Put in machine in order above set at 1.5 lb loaf and choos your curst ...
success hints:
> use stick peperonni and dice into 1/4 inch chunks
> as with all cheese breads loaf apperance will be unusual due to the moisture of the cheese - a small price to pay for the great taste.
> this bread can be made with thr regular or rapid cycle.
