Recipe(tried): Plated Rasberry Vinegarette Salad

We made this salad a lot:

Make Italian seasonings salad dressing. Melt 1/2 jar seedless red rasberry jam. Add to dressing and chill.

Plate greens:
We like boston lettuce, but have used others as well
Add toasted slivered almonds, mandarin orange slices, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, and garnish with red rasperries sprinkled here and there. Pour dressing over top and this is just womderful.
