Plum Brandied Lamb Chops
This is sooo good

8 Lamb chops from a small rack
1/4 C. Plum Brandy
3 Cloves of garlic, pressed
2 1/2 tblsp Honey
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
4 Ripe plums, peeled and pureed
Boiling water to cover plums

Separate lamb chops from the rack and rub both sides with pressed garlic. Salt and pepper them and set aside.

Drop plums into already boiling water and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain plums and place under cold running water.

Peel plums and place in a sauce pan. Add the brandy, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, mashing the plums with a fork until sauce just begins to boil. Remove from pan and puree in a blender.

Rub puree onto lamb chops, leaving the remainder in the sauce pan to reheat later.

Broil lamb chops to desired doneness. Place on dinner plates and drizzle with the rest of the puree.
